When We Are Closedtelephone_brown

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call 111 for healthcare advice or you will be directed to the most appropriate and available local service.

You should use 111:

  • If it is not a 999 emergency,
  • If you cannot wait for a GP appointment,
  • If you think you need to go to a hospital accident and emergency department,
  • If you do not know who to call for medical help.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
